Q: Can I make more than one rating against the same person on the same contract?

A: No, you can only make one rating in respect of each contract you have had.

Q: Can I make more than one rating if I have contracted with the person more than once?

A: Yes, you can make one rating in respect of every contract you have had with the person. If you have entered into ten contracts you can make ten ratings.

Q: What if I get a negative rating?

A: If you get a positive or negative rating you can request details of of the comments made about you. The originator of the comment will not be identified. You should take the comments on board in a positive manner and take the opportunity to amend your service offering accordingly. Remember any comments made are the public perception of your service.
